To get started and access this promotion simply place the Children’s
Playground II on your FarmVille farm. You can help by raising awareness
to help mothers and children by supporting the cause several ways. For
one, you can opt to donate money to Every Mother Counts
by purchasing a virtual item or making a donation of your choice
through FarmVille. Secondly, you can show awareness by posting a
Facebook share about the promotion and sharing it with your friends. If
you show your support by sharing the promotion on Facebook no monetary
donation is required and it’s completely free.
Once the FarmVille community reaches their goal of contributions, all participants will be rewarded with a Rocking Pegacorn.

For so many moms around the world, pregnancy and childbirth are joyous occasions. But for far too many women who don’t have access to basic care, they can be life-threatening. Around the world, 800 women lose their lives due to complications from pregnancy and childbirth every day, and 20 times that number suffer injuries that make normal routines impossible. When a mom dies, her existing children, her family, and her community all suffer the effects. But there is real hope in that almost all of those deaths and injuries—up to 90% of them—are preventable.
We know how to save hundreds of thousands of mothers’ lives each year but what is missing is the will to make it a priority, which hinders the simple solution from becoming a reality. Every Mother Counts is committed to changing that dynamic by raising awareness and driving direct actions to improve maternal health around the world.
