FarmVille Facebook Game Cards |
Zynga has updated the Customer
Support Website with levels of service and information on how to get
premium support. Missing your live chat? Check out the details below on
how to obtain premium support and get it back. Please do share with
friends if you find the post helpful.
On 28th November, 2012. Zynga
published an article on levels of support on the Zynga Player Support
Website. The article establishes 4 levels of support service for players
with the requirements for being a part of each tier. Within the article
they show the following chart outlining the process and what types of
support are included in each tier.
Live chat will now be restricted
to players spending at least $20 USD per month or $50 USD every 2
months. Email response times will also very depending on game cash
purchases. The requirements are for Zynga as a whole – making purchases
that attain a support level for one game will result in premium support
being granted for all included games.
From the FAQ attached to this article
“Q: If I make a purchase with CityVille, do I get Chat support access in another game such as FarmVille?
A: Yes! You can make a minimum purchase of $20 in CityVille and receive Chat support in other games. “

Some important things to be aware of also from the FAQ and Purchase instruction articles
Purchases made through mobile payment methods do not apply to the monthly threshold of $20 USD for premium support.
Purchases made during sales that offer discounts on game cash do count in dollar amounts spent.
Multiple small purchases will be tallied and bump your tier if they reach the next threshold
The purchase instructions article currently shows only Facebook Credits
as a payment option. Purchasing directly in game is purchasing Facebook
Credits. If your preferred method of purchase is game cards, we
recommend that to be safe you purchase the co-branded
Facebook and Zynga game cards (pictured on the right) which redeem via
this method. These should not be too difficult to find. Notice that the
old game cards no longer have the “Find a retailer” option and in this
Dirt Farmer’s area, all sources that previously carried the old style
are now exclusively carrying the co-branded cards. The cards with the
Zynga logo are better than the solid blue ones. The co-branded cards
with both the Zynga and Facebook logos give the same dart redemption
bonus as the old Zynga cards, the solid blue Facebook only branded ones
do not.
